Brake equalizer

Hello all. I need assistance regarding my Brake equalizer..(I think thats what it is)....The rectangular block were your lines go to from your master cylinder then to the brake system. My question is were does it go?My Dart was a part and need pics and help putting it were it should be. 1967 Dart with power brakes.........Is there a bracket as well.........Thanks in advance........Had to repost...........Something happened yesterday and its now gone................ops:

The block goes on the driver side frame rail there should be a bolt hole on the rail, then just in front of that a smaller hole for a tab on the block (proportioning valve)
