I am planning on replacing the front brake hoses on my 71 Duster with a 73 disc brake conversion kit with steel braided hoses. Would anyone happen to know what size fittings are on the ends? The ones I am looking at are Russell and I think the correct ones would be with a 10mm banjo fitting but I am not sure of what the female threaded end is. Thanks.

Should be 3/16 line size, the caralogs should refer to it as 3/8-24.The 3/8 is the width of the threaded part.24 is thread per inch.

Should,3an is the same as 3/16,for the most part.Call edelbrock tech line if you worry at all, they own russell now.

Yup the thread is the same. One more thing though, the 3 AN fitting does not have the same nipple on the inside that butts up against the flared brake line as the original hose. Will it have problems sealing?
