Brake pads....

Went to Napa today to pick up the rest of the parts for the Exploders front end. Asked my friend about rotors/pads and he wanted to know which ones I wanted. Damn, there sure is a crap load of different grade pads out there. Yeah you can thank autozone for that one. Once they started popping up all over the place every manufacturer tried to copy them with that whole good, better, best lineup. Mostly just try to steer clear of organics and severe duty pads on your Exploder. Those severe dutys can be great for some trucks that tow alot but most vehicles they just eat the hell out of your rotors.

EBC reds are good for the street, not as much dust as their yellows. Firm Feel has metal ceramic pads that are very good and don't hurt your rotors.

I work at car quest and we have the same grades of pads for most app the red box ones we sell are all you need.
