Brake Proportioning Valve Question?

Gals, Guys...

Putting the Rear in today, and realized that I'm going 4 wheel Disc. So, since the car originally had Drum brakes on all Four wheels, I'm assuming the old prop valve balanced at 50/50, and residual pressure all the way around. Would this valve now provide the same behavior for the Discs?

Don't see ripping out the value if I don't have to

You could give it a shot. No it isn't 50/50, but it may work for you. If not add the adjustable and dial in exactly what works best for your combo. Make sure you don't have a residual pressure valve for the rears in your master cylinder or you will have "that dragging feeling".
