I had an opportunity this past week to trade for a front Wilwood brake setup
off of a 71 dart. This car was slowly being turned into a drag car.
It was a 6cyl. car and the kit was installed but never finished.
If I understand correctly their are 2 Wilwood kits, 1 for a 10" brake drum and 1 for a 9" drum.
It looks like I will have to change the spindles on my car from a
10" to a 9" as the the kit fits a 9" drum.
My questions are: Is there any reason this spindle swap would be problematic?
And will it change any steering geometry, will my current ball joints work.
Thanks guys,
Carl

As long as yours still has the smaller upper balljoint and lower it should just be a straight over swap. Shouldn't be difficult at all.
