Brake rotor can,t find plaese help

Can anybody help trying to track down parts to rebuild kelsey hayes disc brakes got everything until it came to the rotors I know they are a two piece hub and rotor but every rotor I,ve seen doesn.t look anything like mine my rotor looks like it has a bearing in the back .Would anybody have a pic of hub and rotor apart any help would be geat Thanks
