I have a brand new set of 16 Edelbrock "Roller Cam" valve springs from a set of 61775 Heads. These are dual springs with dampers, 7 degree locks and keepers, on an 11/32" valve stem. Edelbrock tells me that Summit Racings spring rate listed (465 lbs/inch) is wrong and that they are 420 lbs per inch springs. I have not tested them, I just bought a new set of Howard's Cam valve springs that Howard's recommended to me.
These springs were never ran on an engine, replaced when new today.
