[WANTED] Breather with extra fitting (1971)

My car is a 1971 Dart which came with this breather stock:
Mega Parts USA - Reproduction, NOS and Used Mopar Muscle Car Parts

Notice the extra hose fitting for the fuel vent line.

I lost mine and can't find it for the life of me. Does anyone have 1 of these laying around they can sell me cheap? I kick myself for losing it and I don't want to spend a ton for 1 of these.

Me thinks, you are asking for the hemi / 340 6 pac breather. IE, with one small nipple

I dug out mine, found it was N.O.S. sent him pics and a price but he doesn't want to spend more than $10 for one so...
