Broadcast sheet axle ID...

Car in question is a 1976 Plymouth Valiant Brougham 2dr HT V8 904... found broadcast sheet under rear seat... line 4 under "Axle" says "249"... I know the car has an 8 1/4 axle, is non-suregrip... wondering what the axle ratio is... according to Valiant.org, 2:45 was the standard ratio for '76 2dr w/V8 and auto, and optional ratios were 2:94 and 3:21... anybody know the skinny on this? Or a place to check? Found plenty of Broadcast Sheet decoders online, but nothing for '76 models...:wack:

look at line 2 under D over top of the word axle and there sound be a 2 diggit no. that no. will give you axle ratio no sure what line four is
