Broadcast sheet decoding

Hey folks, I am looking at my broadcast sheet and multiple websites related to the subject, but none of the codes match up to my build sheet.

Am i missing the Mopar Decoder Ring to figure this out?

Windsor built car.

The F numbers on line 7 are not option codes, Windsor did their own thing there.

If anyone has figured this out, I have not heard about it yet.

You may also find a broadcast sheet in better shape under the front bench seat in the springs.

I'll take a look under the seat when it gets here on Thursday. Thanks for that!

Any help on line 4 as far as the running gear is concerned? I'm trying to figure out the axle and gear ratio if at all possible.
 
Ratio is 2.76

The full axle code on line 4 is not discernible in the image due to the rust mark and low image quality.

Is it 199 or ?
