Broken bolt

Find someone with a engraving tool. Like you use to put your name on tools. Put it on the center of the broken bolt. The vibrations from the tool will sometimes loosen the stuck bolt. I have good luck with this method.

Very interesting. Before attempting with penetrating oil, use water. I bet the high frequency will break up that rust quick. Im going to get an engraver...
I use air hammer and water lots, its very effective. Hot water even better.
