Looks like I need a new pushrod....This is what happens when you accidentally put the pushrod against the block verses the lifter and torque it down. My engine has been running like this for a month. It has been a little noisy so I decided look at the pushrod preload and found this. When I first put the magnum heads on I noticed one of the lifters was not moving so I just loosened it up and put the pushrod back in the lifter bore without thinking what damage had been done.

Got my new pushrods in from Mancini, Had to get 15 extras for the one I needed:) installed in 10 minutes and the results are great. Engine now runs so quiet, no ticking, no funny sounding exhaust note, just perfect. I had already checked the valve, rocker, lifter, for damage.
