bronze gear cam question

ive got a racer brown hydrolic roller cam not real sure what the cam gear material is but whats the consensous ont useing a bronze oil pump drive gear

If youre racing and ALWAYS ripping into the motor then go for it. But if its just a street engine make sure youre roller cam has a cast iron intergrate on it.
