Went and got the 340 demon I bought before winter. We had it stored in a trailer at the machine shop. We are going to strip it and stock every piece to rebuild it one day. It has to get dipped to stop the rust. Then put back in the trailer. Even if I die my son will have it. with all the others I have

I don't have the room to save the /6 4 doors. If I did the 70 I just picked up is a solid car. I'll spot weld drill it apart and save it all though. Rails and floors for a customer repair. The sheet metal parts interchange to many cars . The dart I bought for the perfect hood and front clip. These 4 doors sell cheap. It was a shame for the gold Dart it drove like new. The lady was dying from cancer and had to sell it. Last pictures are where I found it stored in that barn

Better leave her all together and sit in the enclosed trailer. We know what happens when people blast things apart and then let them sit.

I bought parts from a guy in the Tampa area that had a '71 & '72 Dusters, had taken them all apart and tagged things. Then decided to put his 2 daughters through collage as life would have it, so everything sat.

I bought 1,000 dollars worth of parts from him and then 5 years later Rat Rod Al came in and bought up the remainder of everything mopar he had. Hence the birth of Rat Rod Al's Mopar Parts Business. Silver lining to the cloud...

I have others to copy from and took so many apart that I can assemble them with closed eyes. Started at age 23 and I am 70. I have parts stored that surprise me when I open some boxes that were stored in rented garages I am now just going through. The sheds and trailers alway seem to bring out small parts in the bottom Of boxes stored since the late 70's

The show wouldn't last long. I'm working on a bucket list . And my son likes his privacy .My son and employees is on this site frequently. They sit on there phones at lunch at times and laugh at some of the comments about me . They count the quotes. We're up to 11 in one post. They are keeping count and making bets now.

I like going there when he fires up engines and make believe I know what I'm doing.

Lost a lot of strength in right hand. I have to use left hand for many things. It was better before the surgery. I have some young helpers which is a plus.
Yeah, for Me function returned pretty good by 2-3 months, but strength took a while longer. Just keep it busy, test it off & on, stretches & maybe use a squeeze ball/grip but not to the point of fatigue. I take in natural anti-inflamatories, #1 Turmeric/fresh ground Black peppercorns, they have turmeric capsules of those (Curcumin/Piperine). Has pretty much stopped/saved Me from lower back relapses.

Well I have not been giving it any rest. keeping the coal fire going in the shop since my son moved out of the apartment above the garage . Splitting wood , plowing snow with the skid loader. I should say digging snow. Plus the many Honey do list chores that never end. Then don't forget shop work and trying to dig up parts for requests. and also go the the Machine shop to visit the granddaughters.

I get to bed a 12:00 and get up at 4:30 eat breakfast and start over. And I am retired. Should have stayed at work. Congestive heart failure , Diabetic, Spinal stenosis, my arms not up to power , my legs are .killing me and its colder then hell out there. Other then that I am doing pretty dam good, How are you doing?

Lol, I hear You, I manage ~5hrs of sleep avg., in the middle of changing heater core on My '92 Chebby van, box needs a little work befor putting it back in. Spent a lot of time driving, which I'm convinced is worse than working....3&1/2hr round trip to care for My disabled Ladyfriend, got back 2AM....did T-belt etc. on Pop's PT Turbo weekend before last at His place, not fun on the floor. Overall OK, I don't have as many miles on Me, lol. BP is great, sugar still 'acceptable', but smacked the bad elbow trying to roll a doorknob w/a sweaty forearm 'cause door closed on Me & hands were a mess.....shoulda put the gloves on......
My Buddy w/a Yard has stenosis, old back injury ~Your age, not fun Sir.....nerve damage is sloooow to recover..

My father lived to very healthy 96 (passed last year), and my mother is super healthy at 91. I'm 55 and am already falling apart physically.... I think it's all the bad food in the supermarket that's killing people. A loaf of bread or a piece of broccoli is no longer what you think it is....
