Brunswick Stew recipe- looking for a good one

New year.... new plan.... The plan is to tie myself into a group by years end and make some for seniors on a limited income. It's an extreme comfort food.... So past that I myself have never made it. But that's about to change.

I see a few recipe's online that catch my attention however the proof is always in the puddin' and the devil is in the details lol.... Anyone on here got one they want to share with the class? That's easier said than done.... Most people hold something like this tight to the Vest...
