Bucket tracks A/B adjust? Interchange?

Do the 73/74 bucket seat tracks interchange between A and B body?

Do they adjust up and down like 66/67?

Do you get more headroom with a bucket than a bench?

Any body got measurements?

I'm still considering a 74 Dart Sport sunroof, fold down car, but it has a bench, and I need about 2 inches more headroom.

I have a set of 73/74 buckets and tracks from a Charger.

If I can get my 2 inches by swapping in the buckets.....
