Hi,

Does anyone have a car fitted with this kind of stripe, they could measure up for me please?

looking for width of pin stripes and width of main heavy stripe.

Cheers!

Yep. Just measured it a few days ago!

Here are the '69 dimensions: Total width is 8 9/16". The wide center stripe is 7". The two thin outer stripes are 1/4". The spaces between the thin outer stripes and the wide center stripe are 17/32".

By the way, the side reflector housing should be the same color as the stripe.

So are you wanting where it goes on the car?

As you see in the picture the side marker is centered in the stripe

Also the stripe isn't straight across the trunk lid. Small V, not noticeable unless it is install backwards

I have the stripe on my 67, so didn't have the side marker for a guide. But a buddy had part of the 1/4 off his wife's 69 swinger that I gave to th body shop to place it in the right place.

I do have the measurements somewhere from the tail light to start of the stripe if that is what you need.

IMO mine is very close to where it should be.

Bought a stencil kit and then had stripe painted on.

Also, the gap between the upper Dart and lower Swinger stripe is not centered on the quarter crease.

The lower/thinner line on the upper Dart stripe lines up with the body crease.

seems to be a few extra creases in that one

Which way does the point of the V face? Towards the front or rear? I don't want to screw it up when the time comes.

And what's the gap between the upper stripe and lower stripe - between the thin stripes?
