I have a 1973 mopar parts factory parts book I looked up both parts they are not the same sorry. The 73 was a year in which no other year does bumpers and other parts don't fit. Stupid if you ask me a guy on this site has a 74 that he bought in a mistake doesn't fit his 73 Duster.

I’ve got a rear bumper, but I’m sure shipping would be terrible, and it’s not in perfect shape.

I put the front bumper off a 75 and a rear one off a 72 on my 73 Duster.
Used the 73 brackets.
