cable shifted 727 - id the numbers please?

Found this and 3 others in a local CL ad - only got numbers from the rail on one of them. Been stored in a shed for 30 years standing on end. Numbers on the rail are : might start with an E but looks like an F2408004 0779713

any help is appreciated!
