Is it possable to put a cege in a A body and install the {card board headliner afterwards?

to do a head ligner its easier to set up all ur plates on the floor and tack everything together. then cut the tacks off the plates and cut a hole for the tube to go thru so the cage drops down. then weld teh top of the tube. just stitch weld it slowly to prevent warping. now install the head lighner. once the top headligner is in pic the cage back up and set it on the plates. then weld put a fireproof blanket over the top of the cage to protect the ligner and weld teh rest of it up.
what kinda tubing? Mig/Tig?
