I feel the same way all the time I wasted getting you the same quote..you waited til I lowered the price said you would take them then pass again when I get you the same quote for the 4th time over 6-8 moths....I don't control the US POST OFFICE..
 
can you post pics. showing where they were fixed ? I might be a player on these if the fix looks good. Thanks, Tim
