Originally from Wallingford (just south of Rutland). Been away for 22 years (Air Force), but still consider myself a Vermonter. The car is a project me and my teenage son have been working on for about a year. It is a 73 Duster with a 318 (bored .04) with 9.5 cr, performer RPM intake, edelbrock 600 cfm carb and TTI step headers. Guessing/estimating 350 - 380 hp. 904 transmission, 8.75 rear with 3.55 gears. When it's all done we will be cruising in style with a 8 speaker 1000 watt system, Classic air conditioning and a custom dash with auto meter gauges.

my car is slant 6 and i am looking for a small block motor and trans for her.. i would prefer a 340 but a good 318 would make me happy as well so if you have or know somebody who has something decent and reasonable let me know..

thanks Don

I'll ask around for you.
Getting harder to find a lot of good drivetrain
Parts got crushed with the price of steal up.
360's are easier to find then a 340
