Have you tried Summit, Jegs or Mancini? They may have them new.

There's a kit you can buy that has everything but the fuel pump eccentric, but it is on national backorder. Check the part number in some of the Canadian based parts suppliers to see if they may have it. If not, maybe someone in Canada may have some of it used, so you don't have to pay 3 times as much for shipping as you would for the hand full of bits.
