I need to order some cam break-in lube as Racer Brown does not provide it. I see Summitt carries several different flavors from Comp Cams, Edlebrock, Crane and several others. Any recommendations?

I just installed a new cam using Rotella 15w-40 oil and Comp Cams. I've used this combination on 2 installs with NO problems.

but he wants to know what lube to put on the actuall cam. you know the stuf you apply to the lobes

also when you find out what kind to use, Im using Brad Penn Brake in Oil. It has a great amount of Zinc for brake in

I've used engine assembly lube from Exxon and preceding companies for years. That coupled with priming the oil system before start-up has been very successful in over 20 overhauls for me.

Ops my bad! I used the Comp Cam's lube in the small packets along with Sealed Power assembly lube.

I use the Assembly lube made by clevite when installing any cam that has not given me their lube. I also only use Brad Penn break in oil for all my motors since they stopped making a good oil with zinc and I also use Comp Cams break in lube added to the oil. I get this break in lube from Summit or Jegs.
