First, ley me say I've gotten a ton of great information on this site as I've been rebuilding my 5.9 Magnum daily driver in my Ram pickup. Problem: New Comp roller cam, new Mopar double roller timing set. When degreeing the cam and checking against the cam card I'm consistently (three times) seeing 112 degrees centerline and I should be seeing 114 degrees. My question, because I have zero experience in this, is this close enough or is there an issue I should be correcting, somehow, or is this what is referred to as stacking error? I have TDC, it's right on the money. I'm using the dummy lifter method (Comp Cams) , a dial indicator (quality unit) and 12" degree wheel to get the measurement, heads are off. Do have a problem or am I good to go? Thanks!

One thing I found, on my degree wheel there is a little allen key that is on the socket going on the crankshaft mount. Since it also has a keyway, you wouldn't think it would vary, but if you tightened it, you may eliminate some of that tolerance stack.
Just my $.02

Did you happen to check the intake centerline (first) with the dots aligned (straight up)?
