tomorrow i am gonna try to figure out what cam i have. I was reading up and from what i understand if the cam is a stock mopar cam it wont have any identification on it and ill have to measure it. what all do i have to measure? and if it is aftermarket, where would i be looking for a stamp at?

Look at the ends, should be some cataloging numbers on it.

i dont know how to measure it for lsa or durataion numbers, but cam lift is easy to measure with a micrometer. measure the cam from the top of lobe to bottom and then measure 180 degreesand subrtact numbers. to get valve lift mulitply the answer by the rocker ratio. ie:1.375-1.00=.375 cam lift .375*1.5=.5625 valve lift
