Sure, but you need to use the matching valve springs with the new camshaft.
 
Absolutely but you may need to remove the radiator latch support. The cam wants to hit it when it's almost all the way out.
 
I've done cam swaps on small blocks in b bodies and in an 80s truck, without pulling the engine before but never did it in an a body
