Came across a 8 3/4

I came across a 8 3/4 chunk. It came out of a 70 Polara. I found these numbers. 2070741 Is this center any good or worth the time? Or someone looking for one?

Nothing wrong with the 741 case really, Some people say its weak. It is harder to find gears for though.

Is that because of the high ratio? I think it has 2.79's

It has a smaller pinion or something.

If it is cheap I would grab it. Those parts are getting harder and hrader to find!

It's got the smallest pinion shaft of the three 8 3/4's but it's also the only one that doesn't have a stress riser on the pinion shaft. I run a 741 on my 383 Demon and ain't broke it yet, knock on wood.
