if i go from a hydr. flat tappet cam to a roller setup do i have to change my pushrods??

I'm sure someone else will chime in this.I'd imagine a roller lifter will be a bit taller so shorter pushrods would be needed .

Yep, he's right, what he said. Lifter is taller.
