Can anyone decode this 340?

Can someone help me decode this 340? I know the block is a 69 but I am curious what it would have came out of. The casting date is 7-14-69. The numbers on the oil pan rail are 0B183694 I believe, they are hard to make out. The numbers on the pad by the head are FW340P30100285. The casting numbers on the side of the block are 2780930-340-6. I tried to upload pictures but my computer says the files are invalid. Thanks for the help. I am in the process of rebuilding it now to replace the 360 currently in my Duster.
