Can I get a little bumper advice before I break something?

I'm trying to remove my rear bumper to replace with re-chrome and can't seem to get to that top outside bolt on each side. I've tried removing the rear valance but it still doesn't help:banghead::banghead:. Thanks in advance for any advice- Nate
 
can't picture what the bumper mounts on my '73 Scamp were like, so just wondering whether you can unbolt the mounts from the body and then unbolt them from the bumper? (works on my Duster)
 
Yep, problem solved. I should have looked closer, main bracket unbolts from inside trunk:eek:ops:
