Can someone help me identify this 426 Hemi block

Hi guys,

A friend of mine purchased this 426 Hemi block and asked me if I could find any information on block. Year, or what it was used in, etc. He was confused by the T,W, and A in the last picture. I told him I would post it on here and see what the experts say about it based on only a few pictures.

Here it is. What can you tell me about it?
