Can someone in CA look at a car for me?

Is anyone near Norwalk, California, north of Long Beach, who can look at an early A-body Dodge Dart wagon for me and see what it would take to get it going again? I know it has front end damage and a broken radiator but how bad? I am in Florida and want to get another early A wagon (non rusty) that I can work on while I am young enough to enjoy it.

I am not too far from that and would be willing to go take a peek, but not anytime soon. They’re looting and rioting in the Long Beach, Santa Monica area and it’s probably best to wait till all of this crap is over.
