Can you ID these wheels?

These are 15x7 steel wheels although they look like aluminum slots. Very thick center sections. They look to be Superior Typhoon wheels and have 5x4.5 lug pattern. Chrysler pentastar followed by a part number: 4167358. On the other side of the center section it has SI00811. Any help out there?

I had an '83 van that had those wheels on it. I have a set of 4 factory center caps for them.

Yea, I think those came on the Li'l Red Express trucks, and the Warlock trucks from MA MOPAR.
