As of the late news last night, they still haven't found the exact impact point. It's probably spread over a couple of sections of gopher ranch in Saskatchewan, and will surface when the gophers pop back up in the spring.

Wow didn't even know about this.........or I'd a been on the road already! Seen one last year and yes it was bright and lit the sky right up. Think it landed in Saskabush as well. Hmmmm 12/21/12, Saskatchewan, meteors.......

I didn't know there was a thread about this- my old boss and I were driving back from a job and saw that sucker plain as day-it was awesome. From here in the valley it looked like it landed right in the area (it didn't).
