Candy Cane Bolts

Looking for a source of the unique bolts used for the Candy Cane trim pieces for a 1965 Dodge Dart GT. Help appreciated. Even if there is another solution other than the original fasteners.

We had a walk-in customer last week who was needing the very same clips. So we took a candy cane molding and test fitted various clips until we found one that we thought would work. The customer purchased the clips and took them home and installed his trim, then called us back to confirm that these clips will indeed fit on his car......
