Can't find old messages or conversation.

Members telling me my inbox is full.
Went to HOW TO and QUESTIONS and the instructions don't work - all I get is "I have reached the 15 Conversation Limit"!
But can' find a way to get there!
**Why no direct link to my messages???

Top right of the page: clock the envelope. If you have new messages, they'll pop up. If not, it will say so-in that case, click "show all" on the pop-up.
