Can't seem to figure out this factory heat shield!

Hey Gang
I recently bought the reproduction heat shield that protects the brake proportioning block next to the exhaust manifold on factory big block cars. For the life of me I can't seem to figure out how this bad boy bolts up. Anybody out there with a factory big block car have one mounted up. Here is a pic

The bottom flange with the 2 holes bolts to the bottom of the frame rail. The large hole next to them is for clearance of something on the bottom there, but I cannot recall at the moment.
The U shaped tab on the other end is attached to the inner fender with a screw.
I took mine off recently, and if I remember I can snap a few pics this weekend when hopefully I'll be putting it back on.
 
Now it makes more sense. Pictured would be great. Especially of the bolts and screw so I can get the right ones
