One of the rich guys in town has a bit of a reputation for being a scrooge

The story goes, one day he's a local bar taking a leak
Some peasant comes by and throws a nickle in the urinal, and asks him if he'd reach in for five cents

The rich guy says nope
Reaches in his pocket and throws two dimes into the urinal
Then he says, but I will for 25 cents

Did that one Saturday afternoon in the bar. Sitting with about 6 or 7 guys. One of us would go for a squirt and throw some change in urinal. Someone from bar would go to washroom one of us would get for a squirt and see if change was gone if not he would sweeten the pot. It was amazing who the guys were the took the change.
