Car Authentication help

I have a 1968 Formula S Barracuda convertible. I do have the fender tag and the vin number
matches with the transmission. Can't locate the engine vin number, did find a casting numbers 1969 and the car came with a 1969 stock intake manifold.
I think its a warranty block?

Can I obtain any info on my car. Galen's or Chrysler Historical Archive?
Like to see find out as much information as possible, not sure where to go.

I restored the car back to complete original factory condition about 10 years ago
and still looks and drives excellent.

There was a post in the last 2 years about warrantee blocks.

What is stamped on the front driver's side of the block right under the head. That will give you all the info on the engine. You could have a 69 cast block in a 68. My 67 has a 12/66 built engine as it was an early 67 (2/67) delivered car. Your fender tag should indicate a date around its build date.
