Car bogs down like its out of gas

I got one fuel cell that has had the same foam in it for over 20 yrs...yes..the foam is to keep the gas from sloshing...

ive had pump junk eat the foam before, no other fuel though

Well I'm gonna blow out the lines and replace the filter for sure. I can't get another pump till Tuesday so I'll let you guys know what happens then. Thanks everyone!
