Hi I went to pep boys and bought a good cover for my 2009 Dodge Advenger R/T. It fits my Duster perfect even with the wing. It is like it was made for the Duster.

This is RainX brand crom WalMart. $69. Fits reasonably well. Pretty durable. This one has been on my car in the weather for about a year. Seems to work well.. it's on a dart sport.

And it does have elastic as well as velcro fasteners and center strap underneath.

The one I have is in the race car trailer on the front shelf. It was thick and strong with elastic. It also as a inner soft liner to prevent from scrating car when blowing. I can check the brand and Part number tomorrow if you would like. The only pic I have is sitting on the roof It is thick and never left a mark on the black.
