Carb 950 bigs stage 3

Hi guys on my 426small block i have a 950 bigs stage 3 installed, when i turn the key and start the engine, you can clearly hear from the carb that there is a rattle noise and it swoosh all the time when i get the rpm higher there is nothing to hear, i hope you guys can help me, what could be the problem?

Thx, first i hook up a vaccum gauge to the carb it reads 4-7hg in idle and the gauge is vibrating, i also took a brake cleaner for checking leaks but there was nothing i could find, i also checked the vacuum gauge on the intake manifold and there was also not more to read then 4-7hg in vibrations, maybe you guys knew what it can be
