Hey guys I need the linkage that is in the photo it is the bar that goes from the kickdown to the carb its the flat bar style not the round linkage. Thanks

Honestly I think you should get a stage 3 transgo shift kit and make it a full manual shift. Make you sad that ratchet shifter you have and make it more like a 4-speed LOL...

Honestly I dont want to put a bunch of money on an auto transmission because eventually i am doing a manual 5 speed swap. I have a good solid auto and I'm gonna use it but in the near future its gonna be a manual

Buy it, read instructions, and put it in.
No longer shifts automatically. You have to shift.

So it dont need a linkage at all? I'm looking at them now. Around 90 bucks does that sound right? I have two torqueflights I may try this!! Hehe

You better get used to shifting your car. That means shifting into first when you want to go. If you have it in 3rd I don't like it will start in 3rd. your hand will be on that shifter all the time just like your 5 speed you talking about. Shooting up and shifting down every single time starting in first when you take off clicking it..

To answer the first question only when I'm watching a Mopar babes ll! LOL!!
I DID IT, THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING! LOL
Just follow the instructions but be prepared to shift every single Gear Up and Down starting in first. You start in 3rd and it will start in 3rd...

also it shows how to reverse the manual shift and just make it like a stage 2 shift kit where you have to have your kickdown linkage and all that hooked up and can put it in drive and shift normal..
