70 Duster - Slant 6
Hi folks.
Not sure if anyone has heard of this cool tip for slant 6's(may work on other engines as well?):
The gasket from a Mopar oil filter(number FE 148) can be pulled from an old filter and put on top of the carb as a gasket between it and the air filter housing. It's the exact same size and works as good as a factory or repro one(may even be thicker and softer?).
Found this out from a local Mopar guy while buying some parts for my 70 Duster.
