As the Summer begins to heat up, my choke thermostat is beginning to show its age. I'm also quite tired of having to adjust it and fumble around with it.

I read a lot of good things about this company's conversion kits for slant six chokes. How have they fared on your engines?

I also hear they can get a little hairy with regards to shipping and processing orders in a timely manner, I'll keep on them to ship all the way to Connecticut!

Where do I get the power source from? I have the Pertronix kit, so the Ballast Resistor is omitted from startup. Can I still connect from the Ignition-on side of the ballast resistor wire?

Thanks,

Hello,
I have installed one of these on my 225 slant, holley one barrel carb.
It has been on the car for about four years without problem and has worked well.
This spring it has just stopped working, but i suspect that it is only a faulty crimp connection but i will be checking. Overall this has worked better than the factory heat riser
