So I'm trying to decide what to do with my engine for my '69 mod top 'cuda restification and was wondering if anyone has bought or know's someone who has bought an engine from carolina machine engines. I would like a small block stroker in the 450 hp neighborhood and talked to a local speed shop about one and he said it would be about $8000 - $9000 to build one up. then I came across the CME add in Mopar Muscle. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, and I'll take opinions into account as well, I know a few people on here have those as well.http://www.cmengines.com

Carolina Machine has been in business for at least thirty years. They are no to far from me and have an excellent reputation. Just recently started their mopar engine builds so I don't know about that specific. I believe they give a one year guarantee. The big block strokers they sell are a buy.
