Have a nice complete 68 383hp carter AVS # is 4401s J7 is the date code. it is a very nice carb except someone drilled additional mounting holes and one is larger than the others please look at the pics this will not affect the function of the carb but it does cosmetically.
I would consider this to be a good core as it's complete and everything moves nice and free. Appears it may be an older remanufactured carb. But I can't confirm that. Check out the pics please feel free to ask any questions.
