Carter fuel pump for small block

I'm thinking I need a new fuel pump for my motor it is a 360 J heads stock compression and a holley 600 sometimes flutters and has no pressure(dies) let it sit for a while and it will work again. What do you guys think of this pump? Changed filters and lines and yes has gas

Is this the rebuildable one and do I need a regulator?

just get a stock carter pump from NAPA

If it actually puts out the 8psi you may need the regulator. Yes it can be rebuilt.

i regulate my holley 600 at 5.5-6 and it runs perfect. any more pressure and i have had problems with flooding
