Well this work with the stock fuel line fittings?

not sure, this is more volume pump, may have a 3/8 coming out of pump, if it doesnt fit your stock line ,just go to hardware and buy a reducer bushing lets say 3/8 " in pump to 5/16" your stock line probably $1.00 or so let me know
